CrossFit is a highly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. CrossFit is the fitness methodology used by some of the most elite branches of military in our country. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Workouts are constantly varied and unique. CrossFit combines the best movements from gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, rowing and running. Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps.

CrossFit is scalable to any age, any fitness level. We post class WODs in 3 formats; just choose the one that is right for you. Every human being regardless of age, gender or current physical condition can train to become an athlete. Check out the classes and options below to see what works. Don’t see a time that works for your schedule, give us a call and we’ll make something work for you.

CrossFit Class: These classes are pure CrossFit. The WODs are scaled for all levels and abilities. Start as a beginner or come as an elite athlete, we will tailor the WOD to meet your needs and expectations.

Summer Hours:

·         Monday:        6:30am, 7:30am

·         Tuesday:       6:30am, 7:30am, *4:15pm

·         Wednesday:  6:30am, 7:30am

·         Thursday:      6:30am, 7:30am, *4:15pm

·         Friday:          6:30am, 7:30am

·         Saturday:       7:30am This class is a blast!

·         Sunday:        Closed - Go Outside and Play!

 

*Please note that these classes have a regular group of preregistered CrossFitters that attend and therefore, these classes are currently full.

Free Introductory Session: This INTRO session is a complimentary offer designed so that you can experience CrossFit Saratoga in a private one-on-one setting. The session is approximately an hour, and best of all, it is FREE! Call us now, 518.884.0671 to schedule, we’ll review everything you will need to know prior to your arrival. We schedule INTROs most Tuesday - Thursday mornings between 9:00am and 12:00pm, but we’re willing to work with you to find an alternative time, if needed.

Private Coaching Sessions: These sessions are offered in order to provide you with the skills and confidence to jump into our regularly scheduled CrossFit Classes. Or, maybe you attend class regularly but want to review the basic Olympic lifts, work-on/perfect your form or want to develop the mechanics required to bust out a string of kipping pull-ups.
